I said the same at an early age, I got out of the rate race at 54 and I have to say the best decision I have ever made in life, you do not have to be brave but unless you do not have some form of an income you will of course need money to live, as anywhere in the world, I find it reasonable to live on the island personally. good luck with your dreams...
I need my Paphos sunshine fix NOW! My brother is going there on 4th May and i'm so envious. I want to live out there permanantly but unless i win the lottery at 37 its too early to retire yet.
I hate hotels, and yes it is expensive John..but a nice place to live all the same.and it is not dead here, far from it, my vid was taken very early, Coral Bay is heaving over Easter and still is!!! but no doubting you do need a few bob to holiday here, the exchange rate is not good.
thanks you for your most interesting comments John..

Was that the Mary Celeste tied up in the harbour , ? deserted at 10am an understatement. I was in Coral Bay last night believe me it wasn't heaving.
