In the UK we have a GTi-R that has now gone much quicker, its not this one but it did a 10.69sec run, and backed in up within a few 100ths too, they are still improving it. Not too shabby considering its still a 2.0 turbo, and most are private owned on a budget with hardly any R+D like evos and imprezas. Stock they do 13.9secs with just 220bhp but are easily into the 12's with just minor boost and exhaust mods, weak boxes though.

While i agree with the point your making you might wanna check your facts im pretty sure a 360 does like an 11.9 not 13's. Still slower then this car though, especially considering 11.9 is done by a ferrari test driver, not the knobs actually buying them.
