what cookware are you using? utensils? appliances? I love this recipe of yours*****Ella needs to come visit grandma for a month or two this summer with her cousin Gage. We have a huge yard and all fenced * [woofie] gage would have fun too [ he is ten now now ]

Now, in my hurry to eat what I cooked, I forgot to tape the part where I add the cheese (sorry!!!) -- I'll post the full recipe on my blog, of course, but add 1/4 cup of pecorino and about 1/2 cup of parmesan (both grated finely) to the sauce just before mixing it with the pasta. Grate extra for topping the dish after serving. Enjoy!
