he was using Freddie Green jazz guitar style(1930-1940's) on country style in Blues progression. It's old. but he did not afraid to use it.

He was a partial chord machine! I expect this level comping ability from modern jazz guys. Danny was one versatile guy...you never knew what was coming next.
