Great shots of a very elusive night creature, however I really can't see that this a true red fox!

On their website it says this about the wild life..

''More commonly seen throughout the park are red fox, beaver, mink, otter, snowshoe hare and red squirrel''.

I really can't see that this fox is typical of the red fox..the facial features are very different.

@fausty150 I'm not doubting that there is fox in the mix, But its not a pure fox. I have looked everywhere for something that looks like this. And i have never seen a fox that looks like this. I agree that it has white on it's tail but it's head and body don't match. It was bigger then a normal fox and was fairly skinny? And it's head looks more like a Jacal then a fox. And not very sly for a fox. I got fairly close. In that last picture he was coming at me.

@philysteak hi, ya. I agree its probably a mix. In Australia there are extinct species called a tasmanian tiger, this animal looks very similar to that one.
