  • i like your videos i have just sold my theoben rapid 7 in .25 and bought a weihrauch hw100kt in .22 i like it more than the theoben however the rabbits and rats hate it i just wanted a change im glad i did cheers

  • @M4DDISON Sounds good there's nothing wrong with a change of gun to get your interest up again.

  • whats the ft lbs and fps of your superTen?

  • @henrypanther Its about 15ft/lb and 660fps with 15.9 grain pellets.

  • Love your vids, I'm wondering if you like your BSA or Theoben more? How do you decide which one to use?

  • @rbokes70 I think i'd have to say the BSA as it fits me best. But i simply use them for two different jobs, the Theoben for the rabbits and the BSA for the birds around the farms and hide shooting.

  • great job cleaning up too mate :-)

  • @pauleybezzer999 Thanks.

  • is it safe to let dogs or cats eat the meat from a rabbit with mixy?

if you have no use for such rabbits, is it safe to leave them in the field as a free meal for any fox in the area?

another great video mate, thanks for sharing.

  • The black one would have made a nice pelt.

  • @Weil223 Yeah but for some reason i am a bit soft about black rabbits as some think they are someones pet that has escaped.

  • I love the videos. Really nice work. What do you do with your rabbits? You'd nearly need to be eating them every day to use all the ones you shoot!

  • @eoinbeatty I eat some and use some of them as crow bait and feed my cats with them who love them.

  • Ah thank you this will help me and my friends in the future

  • What is the best time to hunt cottontail in october ??

  • @ETHMO93 I don't know about the cottontail but the rabbits in the UK are best hunted at first light and a couple of hours before dark and in the winter most will hunt them at night with lamps.

  • i notice you specify if your rabbits are does or bucks...is there a meat difference? also is there a way to tell the difference from a distance?

  • @mortalcare There can be a difference in the meat as an old buck wouldn't taste as good as a young doe. Sometimes if you can see the rabbits ears have got torn up it is usually a buck rabbit as their ears get torn up when fighting.

  • Fantastic vids, I love the narrative. Just recently bought myself a Falcon FN12 multishot. Yet to bag a bunny mind. What camo is that? Is it German Flecktarn?

  • @Barnard743 Thanks glad you liked them. I think it is a Danish army camo.

  • keep it up pall !! brill shooter :D

  • @TheLittlebobby123 Thank you.

  • what bag do you use

  • @graffiticandy Its a Napier game bag.

  • @HuntersVermin thanks from America love your vids question have you ever shot a daisy powerline 1000

  • @graffiticandy Sorry no i don't think i have,

  • your videos are excellent, man. keep up the good work

  • @TheYkellis Thank you.

  • Do you like Crowded House?

  • hi there can u tell me what gun is better superten or ulta mulitshot

  • @belgrave1984 i am after a multi shot they are great little guns

  • @belgrave1984 It depends what you are after as both guns are similar and made by BSA but the Ultra is a bit smaller and lighter so good for someone small and for using it in small places but you will get far more shots from the superten. They dont make the superten any more but replaced it with the R10.

  • Your videos are fantastic! I am new to air gun hunting.. what gun is it you use?

  • @biodaveyo83 Thanks, i am using a pcp powered .22cal Theoben MFR air rifle.

  • good shooting

  • @NTEESUPREME Thanks.

  • Hey brother. I'm going to be doing a bit of rabbit hunting next week at my friend's farm. I'll be using a Savage MKIII .22lr though. (I can't afford a nice PCP rifle like yours unfortunately)

  • @mattxr2i Good hunting and you should do just as well if not better with the Savage.

  • Hey Dave another Good one yet again keep it up mate!

    Paul

  • @alpha2p Thank you.

  • another great vid, cant wait for the next one.

  • @busdriver824 Thanks.

  • ATTENTION!!!!!!Can I kill a european hare (lepus europaeus) with a 1000fps air rifle??????PLS ANSWER FAST

  • Hunters Vermin you do the best Video showing air rifle shooting ...You got a way of talking us through the video's that no one ell's does..keep up the work and Videos...Jed

  • @justabrit Thank you very much for that nice comment.

  • hmm this guy is awshum, where did you get your scope sighted-in?

  • @TranDProductions Thanks i have my scope sighted in for about 32 yrads.

  • is your gun break barrel

  • @mercurialman23 No it is a pcp powered air rifle that uses Dry high pressure air the same as a diver uses in a scuba tank.

  • I was just wondering u c the meter on most pcp rifles 2 show how much air u hav left wen your gun runs low/is empty is it usually at 50 bcause my rifle is exactly at that and i dont know wether it was jammed or is empty Pls reply

    Regards GN59

  • @Ginganinja59 Try filling the gun with more air if the gauge moves up you will know weather or not it is stuck.

  • @HuntersVermin Great thanks :)

  • @powerplugg I eat some of the rabbits and some i use as bait for crows, the rest i feed to my cats who love them.

  • Do you have a set season for rabbits in your country ? Our is in the late fall and early winter.

  • @MaximusStimulus There isn't a closed season for rabbits in the UK as you can hunt them all year round.

  • I think making videos like that take you a lot of time,so you are great director of that! Very good videos and hunt!

    Regards!

  • @krysks04 Thank you very much, i do spend a lot of time on them but people seem to like them.

  • @HuntersVermin You do good job,I love your videos.. regards mate!

  • Excellent!

  • @tazlmc Thanks.

  • Your videos have inspired to to save up (I'm only 15) for an air rifle and do some air rifle hunting, as it is much cheaper to shoot than my center fire rifle especially when I don't have a full time job, great videos!

  • @VOS38 Thanks glad you liked the vid.

  • @HuntersVermin is your airrifle your using .177 or .22

  • @loku1125 Its in .22cal.

  • @HuntersVermin sweet i want to get a high power air rifle i only have a 2 rifles and 1 pistol all between 450-500 fps (i live in canada and dont have my p.a.l.)

  • @VOS38 In N.Ireland the law states that u have 2 b atleast 16 2 have your own permit 4 an airgun so you will only have 2 wait a year

  • Hello, I did get hold of the BSA superten its very accurate but I dont seem to know when its about to run out of gas. I was wondering if you'd know when it is running low. Thanks.

  • @1996JackDavies You should get over 100 shots out of it, but i usually charge mine before i go hunting just to make sure it is running on a full charge.

  • To DamnDogNow

I agree entirely, He should have his own TV show or, as you say, a section in Country File. If Country File wasn't so sterilized.

  • Like the observation about the Buck's 'stones'.

  • i see you use the same camo as me! danish camo is the best for the green summer months.

  • @aaronrushton1 I have only go it but i like it very much.

  • Here's a video for Buggs Bunny.....Dat waskly wabbit!

    youtube.com/watch?v=EQ_C6zpyzKk&feature=related

  • @airgunhunter28 In the UK we would use a lamp mounted to the gun or scope that lights up where you are aimming at and sweep the fields with the beem looking for the bright shinny eyes of the rabbits.

  • ok just thought i wood ask thats mate

  • @bazzaba1 Thank you.

  • Another great video.

  • @Yumyumtuna Thank you.

  • another great video

  • @K0K4NE Thanks.

  • your video's are very interesting to me,air rifle hunting is very uncommon to us in Canada, they are usually used for Sunday pinking and for the youth, high power rifle is what we all mainly use here.....keep them coming HV i really like your productions

  • @djhunter1971 Thanks for the nice comment.

  • @DamnDogNow Thank you very much that was a very nice comment. The game bag is a Napier Deluxe model.

  • What DICKHEAD disliked this video?

This is a great video, I'd hunt all day if I could. You are one to be admired my friend!

  • @lockpicker2k Thank. It was probably that Bugs Bunny again.

  • I love your videos :D

  • @stufdk Thanks.

  • @airgunhunter28 happy hunting, let me know if you got him :)

  • @airgunhunter28 Hmm if the abbit is alone or not it is still a pest.

if it destroys property or anything in your yard i would take action, if not then it is up to you.

but i doubt that the rabbit is alone it goes againts there nature.

  • @airgunhunter28 if you put some bright lamps like the ones they use for night construction in your yard,

and light em up if you see or know the rabbit is there, the rabbit will freeze up for a short period of time giving you the time and visual to make a clean kill :)

just a suggestion in theory it al works at least ┐( ̄ー ̄)┌

  • Can anyone from England help me with laws regarding air rifles? I have read that you need a firearms license for all air rifles, but then it also said on the same website, that you and buy any rifle and ammo and use it without restriction as long as you have permission to shoot there and are 18 or over. So what is it, you do need a license or not? Thanks

  • @Rhiunlol you need a license in the UK for any airgun producing more than 12 foot pounds of power. You must be over 18 and have permission to shoot on the land.

  • @grf777 Thanks, I know with a firearms license you need a gun cabinet, do you know if that needs to be attached to the wall or not?

  • @Rhiunlol Yes, the cabinet must be screwed against the wall, think the police have to check it first, not 100% sure

  • @MdashMUNIT Thanks man, yeah I think I read somewhere that they do. Don't think my parents will let me screw into the wall....that sucks!

  • @Rhiunlol You only need a licence for an air rifle in the UK if it is over 12ft/lb of energy. You now need a way of keeping the gun safe, so none can take it without your permission, like a gunsafe that should be bolted to an internal solid wall. Here in Northern Ireland you need a licence for any air rifle. Have a look at the BASC websit for more info.

  • do you go ferreting as well as shooting rabbits mate ?

  • @69Jackmix69 Sorry no.

  • briiliant video again i have watched every single hunting video of yours and i wish to see some more soon !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @webaster919 Thanks i'l try to get more.

  • great vid, but can i ask why you used your bsa ?

  • @williamjames555 Just for a change that and someone asked me to do a vid with the BSA.

  • @HuntersVermin fair enough. need to up load a vid my self soon, just need to get this camera fitted to me see me pop a bunny springer style :P

  • 3:55 quality comedy stalking :) great stuff

  • @monkeyboy75 Thank you.

  • very well edited as usual!

  • @sandrobaracchi Thanks.

  • Hello another very good video !!! I am in maintaining vacancy and I think of making also some videos because as you know him. I am also annoyed by rabbit and coypu.....

  • @airgun57 Thanks, and good luck on making your own video.

  • You should do a national geographic special! Thanks for another great post!

  • @flyod26 Thanks.

  • yet another corking video mate keep em coming

  • @85k11 Thanks.

  • Another great video , I work on a golf course and have permission to shoot there , ther are Hundreds of rabbits a think you would run a mock there .

  • @JNKONE1 Very good i have never managed to get permission on a golf course yet.

  • @HuntersVermin perhaps you could do a video showing the damage done by rabbits to open areas such as golf courses and send copies to all of your local courses. They'd be snapping up your services :)

  • enjoyed as always , very well presented .

  • @isofaster Thanks.

  • I absolutely love your videos. I do wonder what the canibals say after they get one of us down.....HE WON'T BE NEEDING THOSE STONES WHERE HE'S GOING???? You had me laughing pretty good as usual. Another great video as always. Great hunting and shooting. Thanks for the video.

  • @nobull60 Ether that or (those stones will go lovely with some garlic butter).

  • I look forward to your new videos!Keep it up!

    Btw........What pellet do you use?

  • @kf4mwx Thanks. here i was using Airarms Field Diabolo pellets.

  • GREAT hunting mate LOOOVE your vids keep em coming!

  • @RabidMrDog Thank you.

  • Nice hunting!!

    Keep them coming!!

  • @xxTOTEMxx Thanks.

  • Another amazing video man! keepem comin!!!

  • @ballpythontv Thanks.

  • @HuntersVermin no problem!!

  • Great video again mate. how do you go about getting permission on your farms.

  • @MrTam63 Tha best way is to just go and politly ask the farmers in your area if you can shoot on their ground. If they have a vermin problem at the time they are more likely to say yes.

  • black rabbit? are they common? great video by the way

  • @trapperdreww I see one here and there every now and again.

  • Great shooting again. Do you use the Bisley Magnums again? By chance are your rifles "pellet fussy" ?

  • @Robocorps2 I used Airarm Field Diadolos in the BSA super 10 here. The Theoben is pellet fussy and the Bisley magnums are the only ones that it likes at 30ft/lb.

  • Sweet what do you usually use the rabbits for, my mom made a stew

  • @jtaghero I eat some of them and use some for crow bait and the rest i use to feed my cats as they love them.

  • what is the rifle your using?

  • @HuntTube0 bsa super ten, i think?

  • @CreamPie2310 i thought it might have been a BSA Thought it was a R10 mk2. Cheers!

  • @HuntTube0 Its a BSA super 10 mk2 custom.

  • Another excellent video man! Well Done!!!

  • @HuntTube0 Thanks.

  • i got a white and brown one once, it was abviously the offpring on a wild and an ESCAPEE pet rabbit lol!

    nice vid mate!

  • @MultiAirGunner I have seen a few rabbits like this too, but i think it might be a natural thing like the black ones, as there can't be that many escaped black and white rabbits out there.

  • you should try and get that black one, his pelt would look good tanned

  • Great harvest HV, Alway enjoy seeing your hunts. Cheers.

  • @66yurt Thanks.

  • HV, do you eat the rabbits? If so, I'd love to hear how you prepare them.

  • @tommyskommy I did do a couple of vids on cooking and cleaning a rabbit that you can see on my channel.

  • @HuntersVermin, I will search for them Thanks!

  • very silly rabbits....No fear of rabbits, but very nice shot,

    respect....

  • @tahirkaptan Thanks.

  • you are doing a great job making these vids, but you gotta take it to the next level, for example for each kill you can put the information like the distance on a corner of screen, what gun did you used to get a kill, what type of bullet....these stuff will make it more professional and amusing.

  • @samanrostamimonjezi Not a bad idea.

  • is there a gun you wouldk recommend thats pcp and the price is under $250?

  • @TickleMyCow In the UK Webley make a gun called the Raider 2 that is about £250 poundsbut i am not sure if it is available in Canada.

  • Nice one HV. Keep 'em coming!

  • @Guerilla1337 Thanks.

  • what kinda pcp gun do u use?

  • @hein127 Its a Theoben MFR.
