that a double wide , the double wides only have siding on one side of the house single wides have siding on both sides

That is a double wide those homes are big.

That is a single wide. Double wides are 20 feet or more and they are typically towed in two seperate parts to the site.

@kerryoke68 that is a double wide trust me i know my grandpa owns a mobile home mvoing company and i work on these houses all the time. see how the peak is off set on this, if it was a single it would be in the middle and wouldnt have plastic on it

Its new. If it were a used home it would not have factory plastic on it ( Commodore Homes).
