Yes, there is. In fact, frames are not recommended now.

So um... would you happen to know how that's done? I've found AJAX, but it seems overly complicated, whereas using frames may be primitive, but it seems a lot simpler.

You don't really need to do AJAX if you don't want to. You can load everything into your page with php and use simple show/hide with javascript.

if you want see january in front page that in frame A if click it I like it it to show up in frame "B" how can i do that??

If I'm understanding correctly, what you are looking for is the target attribute. Set the target to your frame "B" and you should be good.

Ya, Camtasia is awesome! Especially the zooming function allows us to make small size video but still make everything viewable.
