Bought this game a couple of days ago. Slightly disappointed. It's basically Burnout with cops. As an old school NFS fan, I expected slightly more. No offline multiplayer? No vehicle customization/upgrades either? Really?

@ElectroFret21 I agree 100%. No offline multiplayer really got me. I remember playing Hot Pursuit 2 back in the day with my friends and it was soooo fun. But this one not having split screen is a disgrace.

i love this game so much!! i bought it right when it came out, and its awesome!! my one complaint is i wish they had local spilt screen play, so i could crush my friends. that would've been awesome

Looks good, been a fan of the NFS series since the first one on the PC. I just hope they have returned to their roots and returned the decent handling, everything changed for the worse and went unrealistic and 'arcadey' when hot pursuit 2 came out on the PS2. After that everything went that way...still good games but not a patch on the original NFS 3 Hot pursuit

i hope they make a REAL undercover mode .. you play as a Racer but secretly a Cop .. play against the racers then you can just press a button then you'll become a Cop . now thats Undercover .. im definitely gonna love that.

Why are there no Porsches in Gran Turismo, and no Ferrari's in Need For Speed... it's beginning to piss me off. Those are THE TWO BESTTTTTT manufacturers, heck they could make a whole game with just those 2 cars and all the legendary cars those 2 manufacturers have made, and it would be a beautiful game. Cmon need for speed, GET FERRARI, and NO, we DONT want it as DLC, it should be IN THE GAME!!!!!!

Playing NFS MW before watching this......Don't let me down Criterion!!!! Had already 3 bad NFS' (ProStreet, Shift, Undercover). Yes, shift was bad because from Tier 2 onward, the game's physics, difficulty and overall playability went down the crapper :/ (Tons of bugs, on EVERY system) They did the first levels good only for reviewers. Dunno what happened with Slightly Mad Studios, had respect for them. :(
