Not really. According to Wikipedia, both the Dragon Ball (Z) manga and the DBZ show came out before the premieres of both Sonic SatAM and AoStH, as well as Super Sonic's first appearance in Sonic 2. Besides, Super Sonic was never in either shows. Super Sonic was inspired by/made as a spoof/imitation of Akira Toriyama's Super Saiyan.
