well good luck dude. yeah i agree that the ivies are absurdly difficult to get into. my friend had a 2370 on the sat, straight A's, and was the head of a nation-wide debate organization (jsa) among other things and got deferred from yale. i got into northwestern early decision so that's where im headed next year. i hope you end up at your top choice!
ugh man NU is my NUMBER ONE. i loveee that school. the only reason I would get in is my music school application. I was hoping my first term grades would be great but they werent and i should have just applied early decision =/ my music school app should be spectacular though and I feel good about applying with it. I doubt I would get in on academic merit alone. i have 11 ap classes, but my gpa is garbage. who knows though, maybe we'll end up having a class together hahaha.
@blah0492 haha 6 months later and three letters of "thanks but no thanks" later i'm going to the university of oregon. it's alright though because my ap creds transferred so well there that I start as a sophomore ;)
