When this episode aired McDonalds sold winter stuffed animals of Kermit, Piggy and Fozi. I remember cuz my mother took me and my brother to McDonalds. I still have Piggy and Fozzie somewhere, lol.
I always loved Muppet Babies as a kid and this episode was my favorite because of the Back to the Future reference with the time machine. Memories. :)
Make believing aside, there *is* something genuinely weird about that closet. Hah- maybe they live in Professor Kirke's old house from The Chronicles of Narnia!
The fact that they don't have a head in the yearbook makes me think about the first time Doc looks at Marty's picture of his brother the first time when him and Marty are at Doc's place.
His head is erased from existence.
I wonder if the head's of the people in Nanny's yearbook were "erased from existance"?
This episode borrows alot from BTTF. The 1955 on Nanny's yearbook is the same year that Marty goes back in time-neat coincidence?? Maybe not! Scooter placing the alarm clock is borrowed from the scene in BTTF when Doc places the alarm clock on the dashboard when Doc tells Marty "when this alarm goes off, you hit the gas!".
The imaginations of those kids never ceased to amaze me

Even now in my 30's, I still appreciate this cartoon and those from this era. Today's cartoons are effing stupid.

This ep is one great homage to BTTF..I think Gonzo in the very end of the episode even looks like the Doc from BTTF.

The voice of "Dr Willy The Weather Wizard" sounds the same as "Edgar" in Journey To The Center Of The Nursery.
