They put half the stuff from the comics into the movie.. Another issue was named "Scott Pilgrim vs. The Universe." They should make a second movie named that! This time with Lisa in it! And the other half of references..

Think I read through each book atleast three or four times xP

but they should made a remake, the movie had some really important things left, like "the glow", the original source of "negascott" and how scott realizes his "wrong doing", the original whole fight against gideon, and the main reason scott forget things and remember things in a "wrong way" because of gideon messing up with the low memories that scott hasnt deleted himself, still the movie was good, but this missing points kinda ruin the main story.

In the final volume it's revealed that this never really happened (or at least not in quite so video game-y a way), and that Gideon implanted memories in Scott's head, so he probably substituted Simon Lee for himself.

(As a side note: Simon is actually a geeky Chinese-Canadian from Northern Ontario. Not some giant bad-ass who kidnaps Kim. Scott assaulted after he saw Simon hugging her, as the two WERE boyfriend and girlfriend before Scott took her.)
