Question: John Carmack has released the DOOM 3 Source Code already. Are you guys planning on remaking all 4 episodes? (Knee Deep In the Dead, Shores of Hell, Inferno, and Thy Flesh Consumed)?
@Masterlink981 The team went their separate ways after this. We are long since disbanded now. We keep touch from time to time - some even tried for game development careers - but most of us are not doing any mods/games/etc anymore. You can check out Zombie Slayer if you want to see what I did after all this, but that was the end of my "career." I even tried to get a job at a local game company, but they didn't really dig my work.

@SUPERKILLDOOD I took the shotgun from a previous version of CDoom and put it in this mod. We removed the shotgun from later versions of the mod because so many people were complaining about it, but it has always left a soft spot in my heart.
I don't really know where you can snag the actual shotgun. You may have to grab it from a previous version of CDoom like I did, though it may be hard to strip that content out. I thought I uploaded it somewhere, but let me look around.
@RellicsV I do. I need to upload it eventually. What's funny is that everyone complained about it when it was first released in CDoom 1.0 (I think?), but now a ton of people are requesting it. The thing is I lurked the net abit and did find the thread about people not liking the shotgun (like 50/50) but I almost refused to play the mod until I found the old shotgun model. I even tried to take it from ver 1.1 (even though I'm not sure if its in there) and it returned an error that said the joint hierarcht wasn't the same. I've no idea about modding doom so I gave up there (multiple tries)
@doomlord82 iD should seriously hire you and the willing members of your crew for any further iterations of the Doom series. As far as I'm concerned, Doom Classic proved that you're better than any talent they already have on board.
@LordGrandKaiser Thank you. That does mean a lot to me, and I am sure it means a lot to the team members as well. The game industry has taken quite a nosedive lately, so I am kind of glad I didn't get into it. id Software is even laying off a bunch of people now.
@Shaneharro2 You must be kidding. DOOM 3 was itself a brilliant game, it's fear factor unbeaten for several years, and visually it still look as impressive as many shooters nowadays. The storyline, albeit being a variation of the original DOOM was enough for me, it was still a fresh product.
I really wish this could be a downloadable for the XBOX. Find it a little ridiculous that it's not.
