what did the Golf driver do wrong there? might not have been polite, but he was much faster than you and others. I've just bought a 172 Cup as a cheap daily, hope to take it to a few track days this year, they always seem to do well on track.

You're a complete tool. Heel toe braking doesn't help keep you in the power band at all. It helps you to keep the car stable under breaking.

and if you learned to heel and toe, or even just blip the throttle on down shifts you will keep the car in its power band for when you open the throttle next and you wont wear your clutch out as quickly either..
