Hi, were is the nice location's in Detroit? is ther eny empty space for the rental market becouse the house price is sow low is the people not baying ther homes insted renting from some one on the rental the need deposit's or rent in advance they need to pay the bills! the rent i dont know but just sound 2 good baying for 1-5k renthing fot the same price?
