haha this video shows the concept of just start jump and start spinning nothing will happen the pow is natural foam pit. only way to get hurt in pow is something goes in deep without the rest.

going to crested butte 2 times this year it looks sick. I've never been there, just to steamboat. heard about the terrain park.. how is crested butte?

Terrain park is average, maybe below average. CB is sick though, went there for 7 days last winter. Head to the North Face lift on your first chair! Try to catch spellbound or third bowl if they're open.

and.. i just started snowboarding last year.. went twice and can run blacks good.. you think i could run those double black diamonds?

Powder stays there for a while but third bowl is usually slow to open...if its your second year though, might wanna stick to the blacks off the silver queen lift first. Otherwise, definitely hit up the north face and hard slab for starters. The high lift double blacks can get up to about 55 degrees in slope.

Teocalli bowl and Teocalli II just opened this year. 15 minute hike out, but definitely get there in the morning.

Yeah..I lived in the Butte ..92-96...best years of my life!!! Even healthcare costs are affordable...Gosh I miss skiing the Funnel and 3rd Bowl and The Face...F-Epic...You guys looked like you had some deep pow...Rock!!!

3rd bowl was closed the whole week we were there, but the first day skiing Spellbound was ridiculous. Chest deep for the first few runs.
