I started douching at 17 and a rule of thumb I used to follow was to do it at least 3 times a week. I started douching at 17 and a rule of thumb I used to follow was to do it at least 3 times a week. This may seem gross, but it takes a few days for crap to reach the part of your ass that the dick stays in, so if you do it every 2 days or so, you're clean most of the time.
