@trollionare, I would agree if Gohan didn't hate fighting so much. For starters, Mystic Gohan was never as strong as Vegito (who had absolutely no trouble pounding Buu even with Mystic Gohan absorbed). But further, while Gohan had the greatest individual talent of any of the non-fusion characters, he always stopped training once the threat ended. Even by the end of DBZ he was back to being a bookworm who obviously didn't work out.

Further, we are talking about characters at two different levels of SS. Potara is stronger fusion than the dance, simple. Vegito is more powerful at the same level than any other character. Although I stand by my most important statement: the power levels in DBZ are too inconsistent to use as comparisons.

I dont like this prime guy one bit, he is a loose thread of the Infinte Crisis Saga, should have stayed in Limbo. His motivations are basically the same a 5 year old child with a tantrum has. Badly developed, well i guess this Comics are aimed for Kids , so it is ok for them. I go for more complex characters, the Anti -Moitor, is another lame character, with infinite power and a stupid motivation, i thoguht that 20 years ago, and feel the same now.
My favorite part of the Sinestro Corps War was at the end when Superboy Prime was fighting both sides after the Anti-Moniter had been killed. When the Guardians are finally forced to join the fight and he grabs one of them. He is crushing it's face and green light start's pouring out of the wounds. He says something like "Is this how you little freaks bleed?" and the Guardian says "No, this is how we die." And the explosion seemingly kills Prime. FYI Countdown sucks don't read it.

Eventually it fails in the process changed Superman prime in all. He use to be a Hero but is mad at the Universe and himself and cause mayhem.

I was a fan of DBZ but grew out of it especially when DB GT came out. The problem with this whole Goku vs Superman argument is that Goku is a nonsense character in the sense that he is as powerful as his Magna writers want to make him like the Silver Age Superman. While Post Crisis Superman is what he is already. No special techniques, no secret training practices, no unlockable codes. That's why it is a ridiculous argument. They made Goku even more cartoonist if that was possible.

Superboy Prime wanted to go home, he's homesick. And he can't unlock his true powers to go home because there exist a Superman in this universe. You were a little off on what Prime wanted. He wants his own universe where he came from and is the only super hero on the planet. But at that time he figured the only way to get it back was to destroy the universe and have everything start over like hitting a reset button and hence restoring his world. I wasn't off on what Prime wanted. He was using crystals to replay events from his life on Earth-Prime. His favorite memory is of his ninth birthday party, which he watches repeatedly. Superboy-Prime becomes frustrated and angry. Obviously he wanted to go back home. Otherwise he wouldn't be angry about his home being destroy.
I said that Prime wants to go back home. And you said that he doesn't. Yet Prime got frustrated when he was watching his favorite memories. That means he wants his home back, not a new one. For example, my aunt's husband die. My aunt cries and is frustrated. Clearly she wants her husband back, not a new one.
Well now he wants that as of the latest issue with Prime in Blackest Night. But before he wanted one like it was before everyone saw his evil deeds and feared him. Ex. your aunt's husband die and she is all sad. She can't have that one back but can have a perfect copy from another universe that isn't dead. Can't have what you want get the next closest thing.
I'm not talking about what Prime has, I'm talking what Prime wants. Example, My aunt wants her husband back, but she can't have him back, doesn't mean she doesn't want her husband back. Prime doesn't have his home back, doesn't mean he doesn't want it back. Forget the aunt thing. Better this, a man's wife is dead. The man is frustrated and angry. Obviously he wants his wife back. I dont like this prime guy one bit, he is a loose thread of the Infinte Crisis Saga, should have stayed in Limbo. His motivations are basically the same a 5 year old child with a tantrum has. Badly developed, well i guess this Comics are aimed for Kids , so it is ok for them. I go for more complex characters, the Anti -Moitor, is another lame character, with infinite power and a stupid motivation, i thoguht that 20 years ago, and feel the same now.

My favorite part of the Sinestro Corps War was at the end when Superboy Prime was fighting both sides after the Anti-Moniter had been killed. When the Guardians are finally forced to join the fight and he grabs one of them. He is crushing it's face and green light start's pouring out of the wounds. He says something like "Is this how you little freaks bleed?" and the Guardian says "No, this is how we die." And the explosion seemingly kills Prime. FYI Countdown sucks don't read it.

Anti-Monitor destroyed his universe, and Superman Prime got mad, and start trying to get his universe back, which is causing mayhem for all the other universes, so the heroes tries to stop him, which forces Superman Prime to fight the entire DC Universe.

Anti Moniter Destroyed SBP world using his Anti Matter Cannon. and Superman prime was the only survivor. He worked with the hereos at first. But then in a heaven created by alex luthor he saw the error of this new earth. He tries to replace Superboy. Then he tries to replace the world with his in ALex's mad plan. Eventually it fails in the process changed Superman prime in all. He use to be a Hero but is mad at the Universe and himself and cause mayhem.

Anyway, the New Earth(mainstream comic books) AMAZO tried to absorb his powers and S-Prime it simply didn't work. Must Mean that Prime is too powerful to be replicated in any way, shape, or form.

I was a fan of DBZ but grew out of it especially when DB GT came out. The problem with this whole Goku vs Superman argument is that Goku is a nonsense character in the sense that he is as powerful as his Magna writers want to make him like the Silver Age Superman. While Post Crisis Superman is what he is already. No special techniques, no secret training practices, no unlockable codes. That's why it is a ridiculous argument. They made Goku even more cartoonist if that was possible.

Superboy-Prime's powers come from the silver age of comic books when Superman was so powerful he could move planets by himself, and had basically no weakness. In the words of Alan Moore, they're so poorly defined that they're nearly unlimited.

The sinestro corp war. BUT the Prime taking everyone on in the begining until3:40 is from TALES of the sinestro corp war and the Prime vs IOn at the end is from Sinestro corp war vol 2. Prime is hardly in sinestro corp war vol 1 and doesn't fight in it.

Nowadays, Countdown is almost all out of canon and it was rejected as a precedent to Final Crisis.
If you read "Final Crisis: Legion of Three Worlds", S-Prime was saved by the Time Trapper immediately after the events of Sinestro Corps. War.

I've heard arguments as to how it's non-canon because it wasn't written by Geoff Johns, and frankly, all of them were baseless.

Superboy Prime wanted to go home, he's homesick. And he can't unlock his true powers to go home because there exist a Superman in this universe. (Well, not much ulocking his true powers, more like just becoming Superman so he can fix his universe.)

You were a little off on what Prime wanted. He wants his own universe where he came from and is the only super hero on the planet. But at that time he figured the only way to get it back was to destroy the universe and have everything start over like hitting a reset button and hence restoring his world. Doesn't have to kill superman to get it back. But you got the basic idea.

I wasn't off on what Prime wanted. He was using crystals to replay events from his life on Earth-Prime. His favorite memory is of his ninth birthday party, which he watches repeatedly. Superboy-Prime becomes frustrated and angry. Obviously he wanted to go back home. Otherwise he wouldn't be angry about his home being destroy.

For example, my aunt's husband die. My aunt cries and is frustrated. Clearly she wants her husband back, not a new one.

Ex. your aunt's husband die and she is all sad. She can't have that one back but can have a perfect copy from another universe that isn't dead. Can't have what you want get the next closest thing.
