The Real ID act is only for U.S. citizens. It is not for state Citizens. There are two classes of people in America. There are 14th Amendment citizens (U.S. citizens) and there are state Citizens (nationals). Ever wondered why on government documents you are asked: "Are you a U.S. citizen?" Yes__No__Other_____
There is a reason why they would ask such an obvious question. U.S. citizens are the enemy of the state (Trading with the enemy act 1933). Go to wiki and look up: "state citizenship"

obviously its all for more control for the fed, and less liberty for us....besides, we put up with this already locally...cops demand i.d. and the answers to a dozen other questions, anywhere you go...and do people get upset? well, usually not in front of the cops...oh no, they thank the nice officers...thanks you for letting me continue down my path officer...oh, you want to search my car? fine officer...thank you for treating me with such precaution for your safety...show i.d.? yes sir...
