Ohhh I get it... All throughout the video, the guy was an angel/a spirit... Him not leaving footprints and the mirror reflection without him hinted to that... That's why the girl didn't see him. And then she dies in an accident, so that's why she saw him only then and that's why they met... That's sad :/
