When you figure out that traffic laws only apply to "persons" conducting business under contract with the state, you'll forego all of this nonsense. This only applies to the legal fiction represented by what appears to be your name in all caps, but that is not you. Anytime you see a name in all caps it's a CORPORATION, not a flesh and blood human being. Look at your license, it's in all caps. Are you under contract with the state when ticketed? Then these codes apply, if not, they don't.
