Since to use Jack you have to have CM Partners mod, you can share inventories with him...and if i remember correctly, he came with 2-3 sets of his clothing just in case you wanted to do just that! XD

I changed that myself. In the construction kit, load oblivion.esm and the Jack cm plugin. Go to races and change the race Jack is (should be pirate) to 'playable race'. Then save it, and play.

This way, when you go to make a character, you can pick the Pirate race (beard, skintone, eyes are missing for some reason).

Then afterwards just take some of Jack(cm)'s extra clothes from his inventory, hide the real Jack, and now you can run around as the worst(or best) pirate Anvil has ever seen!
