Windows 7 Startup-Core i5-750@3.9GHz, Intel X-25M 80GB SSD

im building a i5 750 computer, g.skill ddr3 2x2gb cl7 1.35v eco, p7p55d-e mobo, nh-d14 cooler in a zalman z9 plus case. I'm planning buy a hdd first, pointing to samsung f3 1tb. Didn't buy the psu and graphics card yet. Will I see enough difference in boot's, running web browsers with many windows open to eventually spend more money in a ssd like yours then i will spend for a ~1024gb hard drive?
