Steps to get there: click on your character card. Go to "summary". Go left to armor.

@blightbringer1 how does it? It's showing exactly what it says: the armor unlocks from waypoint. And guys if you have the achievements but dont get the armor it's because you have to open waypoint once you have all the criteria and then look at your milestone. It should unlock then.

@metalgear523 sort of. you have to get to a certain career milestone to unlock items too, and you increase your level by getting halo achievements in general. if you go to waypoint, there will be a page that tells you how much gamerscore you need. it takes GS from halo 3, halo 3 odst and reach.

just curious, if you beat the campaign on legendary, will it still count towards the unlocks on waypoint if they are for heroic?

@BodaciouslyZack yea, of course, I've done all 4 halo games on legendary by myself and in total gamerscore for them i have 4225 and waypoint gave me a chestplate for getting 3000

can anyone explain how i unlocked some other armor peices after playing multiplayer? stuff like a dark visor and some new shoulder pads showed up after playing a game online.

@crabheart its a point system. the points are Cr. as you earn Cr, you get a higher rank/level. kinda like exp points in a pokemon game. as you get higher ranking, new armor will be made available, kinda the same way new moves are awared to a pokemon. xept the armor is all just for looks.

Wow. Epic, epic fail on Waypoint's part. I thought we were going to get exclusives, and they would be unlocked immediately. Apparently, all we get is the two ugliest helmets in the game, AND we have to pay for them with credits.

@demonic287 They're shown in the inventory but they are locked until prereq's are met. Obviously, those would be the waypoint req's. I'm only after the chest piece anyway. All I need for that is a first strike in Reach at least once. Piece of cake.
