And get treated like crap and put up in crap hostel rooms which sleep 4+ but only really has room for 2 people when you first arrive in the USA with CCUSA. Also get less pocket money cause CCUSA take more of your hard earned money as extra hidden fees....STUFF THAT! Camp America are cheaper and you get to enjoy a real hotel that is run by Camp America in New York and more/better camp pay!!!

yeah go to google and type in summer camps you will get a list one is called camp page, you can go to the camp's website and the site will tell you if the camp is private residential etc, then like my friend did if you find one you like email them and chat to them, they may let apply for their camp when you fill out forms, go for a private camp, better facilities,food,they go to fun parks with the whole camp, check out the websites you will be surprised how many camps are out there, goodluck..
I've been thinking about applying, i would really like to go, but i dont what role i would play, do you have to have something specific??? if i dont make sense tell me...
I went to summer camp in Michigan last year with Camp America (2006), and I loved it soooo much that I'm going back to the same camp this year. Really miss everyone at camp, both the kids (and the naughty ones) and the counsellors. I'm going to be the only International counsellor this year at camp. I am a regional interviewer and info night host for Camp America and I really enjoyed watching that video (which lasted longer then was showen) from the info night pack time and time again.

If you want to go to the States, apply at CCUSA. They are better and cheapper than Camp America!
