We know how to build things, and build them well. .. it served it's purpose.
Surprisingly enough, this video is actually from the 50s, when Altoona was in its heyday.

Wow it was the same in the late 70's and 80's when I worked at Gable's department store. Today it is even worse than back then...sadly.
