@kittenluver2006 The "traitor to the nation" crap is the sort of "Us versus them" mentality which characterises Scottish culture. They are patriotic to the point of being a parody of themselves, yet they are missing the enthusiasm and love for a country - something which the United States has, for better or for worse. When Scots are patriotic, they are in love with being the "other", not with anything tangible.
