Which manufacturer has manufactured this W250 loco?

@megatwingo Thanks, W250 was built in 1960 by Tulloch in Sydney. This W class has been re-engined with a GM engine as a replacemant for the Marceded Benz engine it was originally built with.

It looks a little like our old V60 (BR260) shunters here in Germany.
