@Ceosan actually they didnt use that exact uniform, but one very similar. the traditional uniform has more slits and is less organized for camouflage.
@Ceosan I agree, I practice ninjutsu myself, but it depends on what you call "normal" clothes, there's something for every occasion. As far as the "traditional" uniform goes, it's been completely out-dated, tabi are still useful, I like them anyway, but I just wear dark street clothes or camouflage when I I go out in the woods. I don't believe in uniforms just wear whatever suits your needs.

Take your time, walk slowly, before sneaking roll your joints around a bit (in a stretching/warmup type fashion) this will reduce the cracking sound in your bodies joints. You may still get a few but it should stop them for the most part.
Well if you just wanna sneak during the daytime, blend in and be inconspicuous (if you're just trying not to be noticed) or wear gray. There's no real "hiding" in the sunlight, but you can get behind stuff, crouch down, and the gray will make you blend in easier, but you're not invisible.
i use red or burgendy. i know it's not a natural color but you be suprised on how it works, burgendy or red is better in a shadowed enviornment, i practice in a forest wich the trees provide shade, not in mid day of course tho. i use blue to and prefer blue, but burgendy has just as good performance in the dark, your outline might show in the open so you have to stay inside of somethings shadow for it to be efective. i alternate the 2 outfits depending on a given situation.
