  • she's a big azz mutha...and obviously very strong....omg beauty

  • she is part wolf?? wow i couldn't even tell....that looks like a pure breed.

  • Yes they are smart (she is part wolf by the way), but I am worried about them walking into my neighbors' yards. My yard is waaaay too big for a fence.

  • @bigsidfan Your dog is beautiful. Did you find her?

  • @narutoqueen4 Nope. =0(

  • @bigsidfan I'm so sorry that you didn't find your dog. But the thankful part was that you was able to spend time with you and she looked like she was very excited to see you in this video. Did you get another dog? I know this can be a hard question to look at but I was just wondering. I hope that she is safe and maybe one day surprise you and come home. :)

  • @narutoqueen4 Yes I got a few more dogs since then. :0)

  • @bigsidfan That's good.

    :)

  • I hope she is okay.

  • I will do what I can to help you find alternatives for your dogs so that they don't have to be chained anymore. Just let me know if you want some extra assistance.

  • I am sorry that you lost your dog, but you need to look for an alternative to keeping your dogs on chains. Dogs are pack animals and were not meant to be confined. If you love your dogs and can afford to keep dogs, you need to find a way to get a fence installed or some other means to get them off of chains.

There must be groups in your area that will help financially with having your dogs neutered.

I am sorry Sage does not like all your dogs.

I truly wish you and your pack well :)

  • Thank you for your wish :)

There are no shelters or vets in my area, the nearest vet is 6 hours away and he charges really high prices, the ones who will do anything at a reasonable price are 8-9 hours away. The Winnipeg Humane Society doesn't seem to care about the communities in northern Manitoba that have no access to vet care. They keep making up their fake promises every year or two, but the never go through with their promises that they'll help us.

  • There are no mountain lions in northern Manitoba, and the bears are not that common in my area of town. None of my dogs are cruel to people.

You might be able to use some of the trees in place of setting fence posts. That would make in easier and less expensive.

The puppies are so cute. I know they are fun and adorable, but I pray you will have your dogs neutered instead of having more litters. Your dogs will be less likely to develope certain diseases if they are neutered. We should not be breeding dogs until all the dogs who are alive now have homes.

If you can't have a pet door, at least have one side of the fenced enclosure next to a side of your house with a door for easy access if you have to get the dogs in the house in a hurry.A 100 foot roll of fence material is not that expensive. Certainly less than the cost of your video camera. You are lucky to live where there are so many trees.

  • Charlynn you are right that dogs should not be running at large, but they should not be chained either. If you love your dogs as you say, you will fence a part of the yard right next to the house for the dogs to be with their dog pack when they are outside and give them access to the inside of your home. I have a pet door so my dogs can be inside or outside. They spend about 95% of the time in he house because they want to be with their humane human pack leader.

  • One problem that I have with that is that I have an 11 year old Poodle Terrier mix named Brandy who Hanna's mom Sage hates very much. Sage is good with puppies and male dogs, but for some reason she wants to hurt Brandy. Sage also doesn't like it when one of my other dogs Abby. The only girl dogs that she loves are her pups.

  • All the education in the world would not help my neighbors, and the other people in my community one bit. Its as if they just can't learn anything new, or are afraid of doing anything new. Anytime their dogs die, they just go an get a new puppy or even 3 or them right away, and don't feel sad about their dog(s) that just died, and the cycle starts all over again with the new pup(s).

  • My God what a sad sight, a dog so energetic being forced to live chained. I hope someone finds her and has respect for the beautiful animal that she is. If she were mine she would be playing and running and when she tired, she would be curled up on the couch beside me. Mine are sleeping beside me right now.

  • I had respect for her. If I didn't have respect for her, I would have let her run all over the place.

  • Why not bring her inside instead of leaving her there in the mud ? She is so beautiful, I cry for the time she had to spend on that chain yearning for attention, wondering why she has been rejected by the only family she knew. A fenced yard is always a good solution to running free. In the house is even better. Poor, Poor Hannah. I pray she has found a good home where she won't be left unprotected.

  • My yard is way too big for a fence, and it would cost a small fortune. She was with her pack, her parents and other dogs are tied up near by. If I kept her in the house, then I'd have to bring all my other big dogs in the house,, which would just make it too crowded, and not of them would be happy and have their own space. I grew up with having big dogs tied up outside, and keeping small little dogs in the house.

  • You don't have to fence the entire yard fence in a section of the yard, at least they can interact with each other instead of looking at each other and longing for contact. They are not "with" their pack. Being a member of a pack is actually being able to play, sleep and interact with each member. I will never understand, in this age of enlightenment how people continue to justify tying a dog up and leaving them to live their entire life that way.

  • Continued ...

How we grew up is irrelevant to what we learn as adults. I grew up with an abusive dad, should I then be an abuser because he taught me that ? Many people grew up with certain ways, but they educated themselves and learned. I hope this will give you food for thought. Chain yourself with a padlocked chain and give the key to someone, stay til you cant stand it then stay another month. Then tell me it's okay. Boredom is overwhelming. Take nothing to play with or read.

  • I take my dogs for walks and give them food and attention. They are not bored because they have lots of things to see. Birds fly by, squirrels climb on trees, strays and the neighbor's dogs walk by to see them. Check out my other videos if you want to see some of my other dogs.

  • I am very sorry you lost your dog. I hope you find her. However, dogs are pack animals and the worst thing you can do is chain them up outside with no or limited contact with their "pack" or family. To a dog this is the equivalent to abuse. Maybe she found a loving home that includes her in their lives. I am sorry for you, but I hope for her.

  • I visited Hanna everyday. She was with her pack, her parents and other dogs are tied up near by. I took Hanna for walks too. I give all my dogs attention, thats not abuse. Abuse would be letting her run free the way you'd want me to. My yard is way too big for a fence. If I let my dogs run free like my neighbors do, then they'd all be dead already.

  • continued... I'm saving their lives by keeping them tied up. None of my neighbors dogs live past 4 years because they either get shot or run over. If she has an another owner now, its probably not one that cares for her as much as I did because they probably let her run all over.

  • i hope you find her soon! shes so cuteee

i cry when i hear about lost animals
