It's more so finding the impact player, and more times than not it's your impact player that's hitting the homerun. What's more important to have in a hitter, is a guy that can get a high pitch count on the pitcher and get on base all the time. You have any idea how much it sucks for a pitcher to throw 6-8 pitches on a guy just so he either gets a walk or a rope off of them? It's those crafty hitters on the team that tire down the pitcher to get the mistake pitch to your power hitter.
