Every 2 days or so, someone is killed in Oakland. With the occasional exception, the murderer is black. And this is why the black community gets up a head of steam and gets all wrapped up when a white person kills a black person, because they can't deal with the reality which is that the biggest killer of black people is other black people.

A "normal person" would not be in the same circumstances as a policeman. A normal person has a much smaller window in which he can legally draw a weapon on someone, in some places he cannot even draw his weapon unless he would be justified to kill.

You call this cold blooded murder because that is what you want to see. An objective person does not see cold blooded murder here. How can you compare this to an actual cold blooded murder and say that they are the same?

The justice system has gone insane. The only reason the cop even went to trial was because there was footage and eye witnesses. Why does it feel like we're just repeating history?

As a rule, the only time a person is charged with a crime is when there is sufficient evidence against him that the state believes it can get a conviction. So this case is no different from any other in that regard.

@radiospirit do you know what involuntary manslaughter means? it means there was no intent, as in accidental...btw have you ever noticed the similarities between a tazer trigger and a gun trigger, i would assume not. as far as the tazer that was being carried in question. I assume that you also are unaware that a "next time" shouldn't happen in the first place. I think one "mistake" like this is enough For future knowledge the tazer is now required to be on the non dominant side of the duty belt
