@inukaiversus actually yes...they somehow could not come to the earth round as they were (monsters, wizards, etc) and they came in kinda posessing the souls of someone similar in character... the doctor became kabal..reptile as a genetic mutation etc etc ..so in simple terms legacy is an entire season so to speak showing as the characters before they came here and the fight is supposedly the second season

It's a shame that this wasn't a trailer for a real film, would have loved to see the full motion picture with this kind of storyline. However this was just a short film.

not a bad attempt at a trailer created to get interest built for a film... but still fairly... meh.
some portions not too bad, but trying to fully put every aspect of it into something realistically plausible just doesn't quite work.

People I think it is a movie. Mortal kombat legacy is a web series but Legacy talks about each one of the characters past, this is after legacy.

If you do your homework you would know that this was a pilot that wasnt approved to be a full movie.But warner approved to do a 9 episode web series and thus mk legacy was released.Even though majority of fans have raved hoping for a full movie,warner does not have the interest even still after mk legacy,and may not approve for season 2 of mk legacy.Sad cause this was a good re-imaging of a popular franchise.

@inukaiversus actually yes...they somehow could not come to the earth round as they were (monsters, wizards, etc) and they came in kinda posessing the souls of someone similar in character... the doctor became kabal..reptile as a genetic mutation etc etc ..so in simple terms legacy is an entire season so to speak showing as the characters before they came here and the fight is supposedly the second season
