I don't know what are you talking about...it usually takes about 25-29 mechanics during a stop...3 for each tire, that's 12. Two for the refueling rig, that's 14. 2 to lift the car and one to support it, that's 17. Two guys on the front doing necessary changes on the front wing, that's 19. Lolipop man and the one on the back with the ignition tool, that's 21. Two firefighters, one man with the fuel rig - exhaust separator (to avoid fire) that's 24...
