For everyone wondering about spot, spot was cut by a nice boar near the middle of the rib cage during a night! He was treated the following morning but come to find out it was too late! Infection had spread to the lungs and within three days spot was gone! It happens and its an unfortunate tragedy! He was a great bay dog and is still greatly missed! Anyways R.I.P SPOT...AKA...MY DOG!

Its a pig. You can roast it whole on a big spit. You can cut it up & do pretty much whatever you want with pork. My fave was alawys the whole hog roasting on the spit at my grandpas house. My 2nd fave is slow cooked pork  shoulder.
