I'm sure it was flattering to be asked by one such as herself to remake this song. Nobody remakes a mariah song and that is some kind of reverence in the music industry because she has had some of the biggest and longest running #1's in history.If she was an easy act to follow then ppl would be cashing in on her songs. I'm glad that she put some more money in def leppard's pockets because I have always liked them.

I happen to be a fan of both Mariah Carey and Def Leppard being a huge fan of 80's Hair Metal Hard Rock in general which I consider the real Rock music. I want the good music to return no matter what and think Mariah did awesome on this! The original remains #1 for me but this version did it nothing but good!

You should all hail Mariah for bringing this music back to attention! She loves this music and Def Leppard loved this version!
