@JimmyMbia1997 NWO was ruined Waaaayyy before Russo came in. It was the same shit every night. ECW started the attitude era, WWF kept it going. WCW died, right before the ruthless agression era(3rd best era, behind NWA)

Everyone at Turner Broadcasting was dead set against Eric Bischoff running the show at Disney World in the first place. This move of his is what saved WCW. They took many cuts along the way, but this was the craziest, and the best idea ever to get the brand on all fours again. I'm glad TNA is ran at Universal Studios, for some reason I have a profound respect for the smaller venue.

I actually loved the set they had back at the MGM Grand. This still has a great feel to it. I like the TNA set, but the one WCW used was better. The outdoors vibe was great. Man, I really miss WCW Monday Nitro. It's a shame there still isn't a great wrestling show on Monday nights. LOL I used to like Raw too and I loved the old WWF, but the product is so stale now that I can't sit through a single segment or match.

@mheman1980 Wrong, the Time Warner and AOL mergers took over and totally changed the way they ran business. WCW was taking off, but the merger brought in many other corporate politicians that wanted to run the show differently. Their clamor to tone down the WCW to the family friendly level changed everything. Bischoff lost control over his product thanks to them, and once he lost control, the brand died. Vince bought it since it was a threat to him, therefore eliminating the big competition.
