what about Euclides C-finder (Archimedes II) it could be the strongest weapon in the game and its kinda rae because you have to complete a mission to activate it and plus if you dont send it to the right place it wont activate and ITS EPIC IT CAN KILL 10 DEATHCLAWS WITH ONE SHOT (no seriously im not lying i actually killed like 10 deathclaws with one shot) THE WEAPON IS FOUND IN FREESIDE IM NOT TELLING WHERE THOUGH! :)

Now you're probaly wondering what little kid I'm yapping about; He's the one chasing that other girl in Freeside, now I would recommend to get your barter pretty high, else you'd have to pay the little bastard 1K of Bottlecaps!!!

You could make 1 more most secret rare weapon locations 3 if u did. yeah I know fallout has been out almost a year now but since lonesome road just came out a little while ago people will probably get on it again and might look up something like this.

Gettin through cave for the rat slayer should be easy for me. I have the animal friend perk (animals will not attack unless you attack them. If upgraded animals around will come to you and fight for you EXCEPT IF YOUR FIGHTING ANOTHER ANIMAL. PS the perk doesn't work with insects)

In the end, only a few of the weapons are useful. Oh Baby! is great even without a melee skill of 100. Same goes for the Tesla-Beaton prototype. The only useful magnum is the ranger sequoia, which is a rare drop from veteran rangers or a definite drop from the head of the rangers at camp golf (forgot his name). Ratslayer can be the equivalent to an anti-materiel rifle to a person with 100 in guns and sneak, along with 10 in luck, and other critical chance multipliers.

@allshallperish35 yes their is a way for you to get your own house. as soon as you enter the strip for the first time the robot that saved you will come to you and bring you inside the lucky 38. all you have to do is go to the penthouse using the elevator and talk to mister house. after that you should have acces to something called the presidential suite using the elevator. there you can customize it to your liking.
