Just saw them in Charlotte last night, and I can report that Tom's voice is mostly back. I don't know if he went back and listened to some old CD's, or if Mark and Travis told him to wake the hell up, but it was much more SoCal whine than emo/AVA whine, haha. As much as I love old Blink, I can't wait for a new album because I get the impression they feel kinda dumb singing these teenage angst songs again. They seemed a lot more comfortable with songs like "Down" and "Always".
