Why because there not gangster, chrome, and heavy as fuck?? i absolutely despise chrome on rims. Its just heavy rotating weight and looks trashy and mexican. Black or gunmetal rims are the way to go
VFE's engineering looks very thorough but with the dawning of the E46 chassis I thought the company would match ESS as far as pricing goes. I mean I have been looking for my E46 M3 and I would go for the HPF turbo kit as my first option but it's so expensive as compared to VFE or ESS. Does this stage 1 kit come with an option of running separate 91 or 100 plus octane fuel?
they have a programmer that the user can plug into the car OBII which will change the settings for race gas or even limit the car for valet parking.. call them and ask about it,
The Flashloader™ switchers allow you to switch between your favorite GIAC performance software and your stock software with the touch of a button.
actually this was not my car... I own a 2001 E46S54M Roadster which I am selling at the moment. If you would like we can arrange something with that car. I just listed it on Autotrader.
I think you are asking opinion... Having drive the VF-Engineering Supercharged M/// I would say this is a very reliable kit if thats what you are looking for... Call them
If you are looking to get 600hp out of your E46, I wouldn't go with a supercharger. The amount of money you will spend on it will be far more than a turbo kit. Look up Horsepower Freaks. They have some 750+ kits for the E46, and they are turbo.
Is vf engineering better than active autowerke because I want to get a supercharger but I live in florida and vf is in california right? active is in miami but If vf is better I guess you could order it and they ship it. Because active is closer to me and the prices are kind of high 9,800 for stage 2
I cannot say one way or the other, I know VFE is more conservative. VFE is not using liquid injection but they are using a very well designed charge cooler so the car maintiance is more like factory. You should compare both and choose the system you want. The quality I have seen from VFE has been very high. Customers are very happy with their systems.
So this is a loaner that you got to test out? Or is it your car? Also, what do you think about this car do you like it. Do you like this brand from this company?
Yes, I test drove the car. Owner of the car is Nik Saran (CEO) VF-Engineering(.)Com. I liked it, very fast! I am having my 2001 S54 Mroadster done by them. They have oustanding customer service and quality parts / software.
surprise there, no idle search lol

To install a supercharger in a m3 do you have to remove the engine, or theres no need to?
Bimmer559 4 years ago
to install correctly, remove bumper, radiator, air intake, and on this kit remove / replace intake manifold.
Please visit VF-Engineering(.)com

How is the warranty if something goes wrong. Do they take responsibility. Because obviously this terminates any warranty on the car.
Congratulations BTW.
MSoltanian 4 years ago
Car can be retuned to stock without losing warranty if such repairs are needed.
