The air in Japan is rather clean, and foreigners in Japan do not wear masks.

This vid is taken on 3.11 in a supermaket in Tokyo. The camera might have nice image stabilizer. We Japanese were told not to run out hurriedly if you are in a nice building cuz, you might get falling stuffs on your head. Also, if people panic to run, someone might die from pushing each other at the door. But it was sorta OMG earthquake. And lots in Japan are reflected on not to fix their furnitures to the wall after the earthquake, chains are sold out at Home center neaby. ;P

@svt11111 this was the worst, the uploader's account must be from the other side of the international date line, this must have been uploaded shortly after the quake hit on the 11th. there was no such major daytime quake in shibuya prior to the 11th, only some minor ones (strong foreshocks in sendai though)

私は家の中で１人で地震を体験したが震度もかなり大きかったし、­本当にこの動画のように家具や棚を押さえることしかできませんで­した。何か言葉を発してないと怖くて心が折れそうだったし、少し­でも油断したらパニックになりそうだった。
