Is that part of Cirno's AI to spam her attacks whether someone is in melee range or not? I dunno if that's suppose to mean she's stupid or something, but it actually makes her nigh impossible to approach.

Her AI is like that, well you need a long range character, or at least character with fast speed.

This Ex Rumia is quite fine to use, I still need to practise to use her more..
