It prevails isn't hardcore buddy. Hardcore is Ceremony, Shere Khan, Trashtalk. This band is posicore, like misery signals, By far my favorite genre =]

It Prevails is tight. They have real talent and a drive to write original, and they do stray from what a lot of people typically write, especially in regard to lyrics and topic of writing. But I'd say there are far more bands that could take that prize before It Prevails.

No bud, I said they write original, meaning their music, as a whole, can't really be compared directly to one/two bands. So I disagree that they sound like either of those bands. Sure, they were huge influences.

I mean.. Sure they're melodic. But It Prevails gives a different seriousness and energy that I think Strongarm and Shai don't really drive with their music. It Prevails music is much less complex than Shai.
