I know building a recording studio can be thousands to millions of $.

An SSL recording console, adds character to many great records by the sounds it imparts, can cost $1000s to a millions depending on the configuration and features.

A studio mic can cost a $1000 or more.Grand pianos cost as much as some spend on a new car. A Moog analogue synthesizer is around $2000

I could go on. You can do it all on a computer, and get close, but it doesn't replace the experience of the real thing.

I was with a customer not to long ago and we were having dinner and a couple of beers talking business. We were sitting outside were you could smoke and I suddenly realized that I only had 2 cigarettes left. I asked the waitress but they didn't sell cigarettes. So I asked again: "How much will it cost me for you do get me cigarettes?" "But sir, we don't..." A pack here in Sweden is about 5 bucks. So I handed her 100 dollars. She jumped in here car came back 5 minutes later with a pack. Worth it!

"I'm worth it!!" Love this message, Randy!! :) I grew up with the belief system that had me feeling like it was wrong to splurge on yourself. That belief has totally changed. I've come very much open to the fact that this isn't the case at all! If we work hard, and have it so that we're able to do things for ourselves, then heck yeah, we should care enough about ourselves to treat ourselves. Great stuff!! Love you... and show "you" that you love "YOU"! :)
