  • @Thyphoidz i'm adding this as my ringtone on my HTC Wildfire S :D

  • this is so going to be my ringtone when i get a phone 8D

  • please reupload!

  • My phone has a similar ring to it, but I wasn't planning on having it sound like the Codec.

  • Snake !? Snaaaaaake !!

  • Can someone upload the original? I don't want to download crappy youtube quality.

  • wait how do I do it on an Iphone 3GS?

  • @cfjackson123 You can't have a video ring tone, but: Download a Youtube to MP3 converter. Once you've downloaded the sound, import it into iTunes. Right click on it(in iTunes) and click "Create AAC Version". Then right click on the new one and this time click "Show in Windows Explorer". Change the extension from .m4a to .m4r and then cut and paste it onto your desktop. Then go back into iTunes and import the one off your desktop, then sync it onto your phone. Voilà. You now have a new ringtone.

  • NOOOOOOOOO service providers go to hell!!!

Anyway you can download the song easily by using jdownloader, great tool :)

BTW thank you very much xtailox

  • Anyone know where I can still get this from?

  • Who needs to download ringtones when AT&T has voice memos?

  • The problem with this is that its too high on the iphone screen which means the name of the person calling covers the video

    :(

  • snake :coronell

    coronell: what

    snake :this shit rock´s

  • yea i just got a droid global and idk if i can do this lol

  • My dog jumped when it heard this haha

  • is there any way to get the alert in the beginning alone?for maybe text messages?

  • @Alkaseltzer254 hey man i solved that problem a of weeks ago. go to myxer.com and the create an account. when done to to create your own then upload the ringtone. after uploaded it will allow to to customize and isolate any part that you want, then send it to your cell ^^

  • Haha. The "!" sound at the begining will probably scare you when it rings. No wonder it has that sound.

  • i want the background pic for my phone

  • That thing works on ever cellphone?

if yes,how can i put this on my W205 Walkmann?

  • is there someone way I can get the codec open and codec call together? I don't think i have any audio editing software to string it together :s

  • which one do i download for a metropcs freeform phone???????

  • i recorded it sounds good!

  • is there a way i can get this for blackberry? we got them experimentally one subscription renewal, and they suck. I was wondering if a Blackberry Pearl I-forget-which-model would allow this type of tone.

  • How can I get the version without the stupid trumpet in the beginning? That's highly irritating and loud as fuck

  • Where's the one codec from MGS 1 that's a bit lower in tone?!

  • Are there any downloadable versions for mac?

  • Man please i need the font of the numbers of the codec Help me please!

  • the simple way to do this (if your phone can) is to record this directly to your phone then make it a ringtone thats what i do when i wana cool ringtone and dont feel like taking 20000 hours trying to find and or get it when it can take just seconds

  • I did this the easy cheap way, bring up the voice recorder; grab headphones and turn the volume up and put the phone mic up to it..hit record on the cell then hit play on the computer. save the sound file and assign it accordingly.

  • Damnit Otacon! Get a grip!

  • I'm trying to get this for the Samsung Genio, But the bastard thing wont take the damned thing :/

when it try to play it "Unsupported Media, Format or bit rate over"

    :/

  • Megaupload link's contain porn adverts :L

  • @xtailox I downloaded the MP4 but the nokia n97 mini don't support it so I had to convert it to a 3GP file and works fine now.

  • I am trying to get this on the Nokia N97 Mini.... any suggestions? The spcifications for video tones on the Nokia N97 mini is MPEG-4 Video resolution up to nHD 640 x 360 pixels or VGA at 30fps.

  • @princelucifer86 Download the mp4 video file in the description and email it to yourself (or maybe send via bluetooth). Check your manual to see how to customize your ringtone. Video ringtones should be supported automatically.

  • @princelucifer86 download aTube Catcher, copy the link and put it to convert for mp3. thats simple, thats what i did

  • Imagine playing Metal Gear Solid with this as your Ring Tone on your Mobile.

Mobile Phone will be a Con Artist.

  • @xtailox

    DOH!! yeh thanks mate

  • Thanks for the DW link! esp the sound clip package.

  • Hey, Thank You, I'm not too Tech Savy But that actually helped alot. Vringo works ok.. Thank You again

  • @Johnathan1840

    You're welcome. Glad it helped.

  • So, Do you know Which Folder To Put It in on the Phone? Thanks, I Have The HTC Hero..

  • @Johnathan1840

If your phone is capable of using video ring tones, then the video folder should be ok. I just looked at specs for the HTC Hero and it only provided audio formats as supported ring tone types. However, seems like there's a beta app out there for Android phones that allows videos for ringers (search "Vringo").

  • please tell me which website you went to get the amazing ringtone AND the cool Ass wallpaper!! it looks badass!

  • @SpartanDfnder

Thanks. Audio and video download links are in the description. Audio came from MGS2. Video and wallpapers were made by me.

  • you got these tones when you collected all dog tags in mgs2. you got a code which you enterd in the konami website... i have these tones 8 years now....its my ringtone since than.^^

  • i have the same problem and i have a Sanyo SCP-6760 Incognito but i downloaded ur file yet it still wouldnt allow me to set it everytime i looked for it it said no media found can u help me out?

  • @Darknaruto1000

Guess what? I had to change phones and coincidentally bought the Sanyo SCP-6760, and I've figured out the problem. The phone only allows video ringtones smaller than 500KB. I placed a download link for the smaller 408KB file in the description. Hope that helps.

  • can u put up the Codec Hang Up sound plz?

  • I've included a download link in the description for a set of MGS sounds. They're in WAV format.

  • @xtailox

    thank u. this will help.

  • Impressive, Snake.

  • waa thax!

  • "this is snake 8D"

    "ho sorry mum T__T"

  • Sweet, thanks a ton bro!

  • too bad this wont work for Nokia 5200

  • What type of phone do you have?

  • Samsung SPH-a513. All the Samsung phone's I've owned use either MMF ringtones or 3G2 video ringtones.

  • hell yeah!

    Thanks

  • Thanks! :D

  • Awsome thanks gonna add it to my Iphone! :D

  • thats dope. wish i could set that up on my blackberry

  • Woah thanks :D

  • yeah i was wondering how to set this to my iphone because it would be really cool to have the ringtone with the animated call and bars that you made here. could you perhaps make a tutorial for iphone? Sorry to bother you.

  • I've added an eHow link on the bottom of the description that outlines briefly how to enable and use video ringtones for the iPhone (firmware 3.0 and newer). You can also try the MiVTones 3.0 app by iFoneTec.

  • Wow, this is awesome, thank you very much!!!

  • i am so going to make a gif of this, and set it to my phone

  • Thanks, I really appreciate this.
