Dr. Phil was right. The family is not strong or smart enough to get her help. Brit needs help ASAP, and if they did not want him there they should not have called him. At some point the family needs to get her real help before she bottoms out and hurts herself and/or more importantly those kids.
The parenting skills, or lack of, is evident in the way both kids are. She needs intervention NOW!

I think its pretty understandable, that we know how the family works..not that i care, but in my opinion I think these girls especially the child are who they are because of lack of discipline from the parents. I wouldn't let my daughter have a boyfriend thats 19 or younger especially without my supervision. This family is a disaster...I feel sorry for them, I hope they resolve the issues and are taken out of daily news.

Such a sad world that people think another person's downfall is folder for television. Dr. Phil should not have categorized his view of Britney's mental state to the media after meeting with her. He is a mental health professional. I agree with the spokesperson in the video, Dr. Phil's comments were inappropriate. They were self serving on Dr. Phil's part. His summarizing his view of her case probably even violated professional ethics.
