Amazing video. I agree cyclists try to take advantage both ways on the street and travel through pedestrian pathways. Nonetheless, a bike lane is meant for CYCLING - NOT parking, NOT idling, NOT loading, and so on.

Please keep your vehicles OUT OF THE BIKE LANE!

He didn't break the law, and on top of that you're being a troll by assuming that all bikers are automatically rude because if they don't ride further out in the street or on the sidewalk, their tires will get holes from all of the glass, nails, etc on the edges of roads.

But we don't have tickets, that's not the current fashion.

The current fashon take the money of people who, whith their car, improve the speed BEFORE the signal that they are out of the city, even if their are only cows on the two side of the road since longtime.
