Its a really sad song... Basically, the story goes that the guy has lost his love, has since spent most of his time drinking, and that he has to start a new day, a new chapter of his life and leave. The sad part is that the girl has died, and there is a part that actually says how he is close to crying and falling apart at her headstone. The most beautifully tragic line, in my opinion, translates to "How do I hold on to life alone without being entwined with the most beautiful girl of all time"
