Everytime I hear this song the hairs on my arms stand on end and I can't help but get emotional. What an amazing voice and an inspirational man. I have always believed but this encourages my faith - Thank you.
It is so powerful - it's just a shame all the people don't know him - if they did they could escape going to hell where there is brimstone and terrible fire they will be in for an eternity - Im so glad I know that if we accept Him we can escape such a horrific place!
So strange... it seems like he's struggling to get to the note "ROSE" (3 days later He rose), but when he gets it.. he holds it EFFORTLESSLY! It's like backwards for most singers! LOL
Although I do love the words he uses and his voice. I sometimes wonder if a church asked for his help, for him to come and sing just a single song, what would he expect from them? Would he do it? Just a small church of maybe 30-50 people.
I know what you're saying, but be careful not to judge as you're not in his shoes. He has a lot of ppl that have huge expectations of him, and I'm sure it's overwhelming to please everyone. I like to think he would be listening to the Lord and if the Lord told him to go to that little church and sing a single song that he would! I don't think he purposely leaves any group out, it's just a lot to fulfill (not to mention taking care of a wife and children!). Just pray for him.
This man's gifts are quite amazing. Besides his phenomenal voice, he composes and does a lot of his own arrangements. I only recently learned that David wrote this very well-crafted song. WOW.
